ICRS-related training courses to introduce volunteers to the specific work done by ICRS, on offer to university students and local schools :

Since April 1997, GIB has been offering training courses in cooperation with Aachen Technical University for Design and Technology. These courses are run on behalf of the Aachen Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Training facilities are being offered by ICRS in the following fields:
 

• monitoring and updating the ICRS homepage in English, French, and German;

• supporting ICRS in establishing contacts with the media in Belgium, Germany, and The Netherlands

• supporting ICRS in the running of conferences arranged on behalf of the ICRS Advisory Scientific Board and of related public lectures

• organisation of the ongoing exhibition French Donjons as well as the upcoming  exhibition Castle and Bazars in Crusader Times

• erecting and taking down the exhibition French Donjons at several venues,

•  constructing the sceneries of Aleppo Bazar and Siege of Castle to be part of the upcoming exhibition of Castles and Bazars in Crusader Times

•  creating and modelling the figurines to be used in these sceneries;

•  training students to create and model figurines.
